OGS: Jamie 'WildMan' Frizzell 

Introducing outdoor survival expert, Jamie ‘WildMan’ Frizzell. Jamie has a wealth of survival experience which started when he joined the army when he was a wee lad. He has an incredibly fascinating story, I can’t wait to share. We have been working on a pilot for a new show in the #offgridscotland series which looks at how outdoor survival training can have a positive impact on our mental wellbeing.
